Sandra Anderson, MA, LPCC, LADC
Sandra has a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and a certificate in Addiction Studies. Sandra gravitates towards a person-centered approach with a strong curiosity for what the client finds most helpful to them. Sandra has a strong passion for helping others live more happily and fully in their bodies and lives. She utilizes holistic, somatic, and sensorimotor practices with clients. Sandra believes that individuals have the strength and power to heal themselves; she feels honored to be able to join each person on their healing journey. In her free time, Sandra loves cats (especially her cats Terry and Splinter), yoga, reading fiction, learning, and being in nature.

Miriam is a graduate student in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Co-Occurring Disorders at the University of St. Thomas. Guided by her passion for helping others feel understood and supported, she integrates strengths-based, CBT, ACT, and person-centered approaches to help individuals reframe challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Grace received her Master’s in Co-Occurring Disorders and Addiction Counseling from Adler Graduate School. She focuses on building a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients to create a safe space for lasting change She was drawn to Reed Behavioral Health because of the integration of both substance use and mental health treatment. Grace uses a person-centered, compassionate approach to therapy and aims to increase her clients’ internal motivation through acceptance and encouragement. Outside the office, Grace enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time with her husband and four daughters.

Josh Meendering, PsyD, LP
Dr. Meendering is a Licensed Psychologist. He completed his Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and his Doctorate in Counseling Psychology. Additionally, Josh has advanced training in psychoanalytic therapy. Josh employs a practical therapeutic approach to assist you in reaching your personal, professional, or relationship goals. The adolescents and adults Josh works with are understood as individuals that have their own unique attitudes, beliefs, and experiences. Josh is dedicated to working with individuals from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Josh has experience working with LGBTQ community, people of color, adolescents, adults, and couples in a variety of clinical settings.

Jacob received his Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology through the University of St. Thomas, with a concentration in Co-Occurring Disorders. He works as a Program Therapist with both adults and adolescents facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and more. Prior to working at Reed Behavioral Health, Jacob served as a Shelter Coordinator and Case Manager in St. Paul, where he supported individuals experiencing homelessness and serious and persistent mental health issues. This experience deepened his commitment to providing accessible, empathetic, and person-centered care. His practice is dedicated to creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their concerns and work toward meaningful change. His therapeutic practice incorporates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Maggie supports individuals, couples, and families (ages 17+) navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, men’s issues, grief, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, disordered eating, and the impact of substance use. Ryan is an LGBTQIA+ affirming, dually licensed mental health counselor and alcohol and drug counselor. He earned his master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler Graduate School following a 23-year career as a creative director in advertising and commercial film production. Ryan’s own journey with anxiety and ADHD helped him develop effective tools, foster self-understanding, and find hope in the midst of discomfort—experiences that ultimately inspired his path into counseling. He brings warmth, humor, and a trauma-informed presence to his work, drawing from Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). He utilizes ART to help clients reprocess trauma, reduce emotional distress, and move toward lasting healing and satisfaction in life. Brynnie Potter, MA
Brynnie has a Master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of St. Thomas GSPP. Brynnie’s great passion in life is to bring adaptive healing and solutions to people undergoing stress and traumatic experiences. She is committed to using an integrated approach to treatment that creates a safe environment for clients to feel heard and motivated to reach their goals. Various experiences have led Brynnie to the field of psychology and she believes that by helping one to understand the intricate connections behind their thinking and behaviors can they determine how to reach fulfillment for themselves.

Ben Stewart is licensed in the state of Minnesota as both a Professional Clinical Counselor and an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. He holds a master’s degree in Addiction Counseling and Advanced Practice from the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies. Ben has experience working at various levels of care ranging from medically-managed intensive inpatient services to outpatient settings as well. Throughout his career Ben has continued to focus on developing a strong therapeutic alliance with his clients in an effort to help facilitate their positive growth and long-term change. Originally from Pittsburgh he came to Minnesota in search of his own path to recovery in 2002. Ben and his wife enjoy traveling, exploring the local food scene, and are avid supporters of the Minnesota United Football Club.

Dr. Stroik is a licensed psychologist who earned her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2024 and has completed advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and psychological assessments. She has experience across multiple levels of care, including outpatient, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and intensive residential treatment (IRTS), supporting adults with diverse mental health, neurocognitive, and substance use concerns. Her clinical interests include working with adults experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and perinatal mental health, with a particular focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals, new and expecting parents, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Dr. Stroik strives to create a safe, inclusive, collaborative, and validating therapeutic environment, using a person-centered, strengths-based, and harm-reduction approach to help clients explore options and move forward at a pace that feels right for them.

She enjoys working with adults of all ages and combines her compassionate understanding of life’s challenges with an integrative theoretical approach to help people overcome the obstacles that prevent them from living a meaningful and satisfying life. Laura believes that every person has an inherent sense of their path in life and when they are in the right environment with caring and nonjudgmental support, they can flourish and reach their full potential.

Megan holds a Master’s Degree in Integrated Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota and works with clients of all ages, including adolescents and families, experiencing a range of mental health and chemical health concerns. She uses a variety of humanistic and behavioral evidence-based, trauma-informed therapies to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change. Megan’s style is person-centered, inclusive, and non-judgmental, and she is deeply committed to creating a space where clients feel respected, supported, and able to be fully themselves. She believes in honoring each client’s independence while offering guidance, collaboration, and genuine connection — with room for humor along the way. Outside of her practice, Megan can often be found making memories with her wife and kids — whether that’s catching a hockey or soccer game, exploring new restaurants, enjoying live music, or recharging on the yoga mat.
