Maggie Olson, MA, LADC
Maggie is a therapist with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. She specializes in co-occurring disorders, recognizing that mental health and substance use are often interconnected and best addressed together. Maggie supports individuals, couples, and families (ages 17+) navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, men’s issues, grief, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, disordered eating, and the impact of substance use. She uses a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that integrates evidence-based therapies—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)—along with mindfulness and body-based practices to support deeper self-awareness and lasting growth. Maggie is committed to providing an inclusive space for all clients and is proud to be LGBTQIA+ affirming. Maggie strives to create a non-judgmental space where clients can be their truest selves while she offers humor, advocacy, and gentle challenges. Outside of work, Maggie enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her dog.
