Zach Listner, MSW, LGSW, LADC
Zach earned his Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from St. Catherine University with a focus in Addiction and Recovery Counseling. He believes therapy is not about “fixing” people, but about helping clients better understand, care for, and heal the parts of themselves that need attention and support. Zach creates a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore emotions, relationships, and life experiences with honesty, humor, and authenticity. Zach incorporates Values Exploration & Identification, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and elements of CBT and DBT into his work with adults that are seeking support and are motivated to taking committed action in their lives. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Zach is passionate about providing affirming care for all individuals seeking support with mental health & addiction concerns, and he is able to provide therapy services both in person and virtually via telehealth. Before joining Reed Behavioral Health, Zach worked in adolescent inpatient mental health, emergency crisis services, and disordered eating treatment programs. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with his dog.
