
Sam Stroik, PsyD, LP, PMH-C
Dr. Stroik is a licensed psychologist who earned her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2024 and has completed advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and psychological assessments. She has experience across multiple levels of care, including outpatient, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and intensive residential treatment (IRTS), supporting adults with diverse mental health, neurocognitive, and substance use concerns. Her clinical interests include working with adults experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and perinatal mental health, with a particular focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals, new and expecting parents, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Dr. Stroik strives to create a safe, inclusive, collaborative, and validating therapeutic environment, using a person-centered, strengths-based, and harm-reduction approach to help clients explore options and move forward at a pace that feels right for them.
