Nicole Fruth, LADC-S

Nicole is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC-S) with a bachelor’s degree in Alcohol and Drug Studies and a minor in Sociology from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She completed her LADC internship at Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE) and brings extensive clinical experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her background includes hospital-based care on medical, psychiatric, and inpatient chemical dependency units, admissions coordination, and serving as a treatment provider for drug court. Nicole is committed to compassionate, strengths-based care that supports recovery, reduces harm, and empowers clients to achieve lasting change. She specializes in assessment, care coordination, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
