Casandra holds a Master of Arts in Co-Occurring Disorders and Addiction Counseling from Adler Graduate School. She supports adults and adolescents navigating complex mental health and substance use challenges. Her clinical background spans outpatient, residential, and intensive outpatient (IOP) settings. Grounded in Adlerian and person-centered principles, Casandra uses a holistic approach. She views individual challenges within the context of a person’s broader social environment. By creating a culturally humble, collaborative space, she helps clients explore the vital link between personal growth and community belonging. Casandra integrates tailored therapeutic modalities to honor each client’s unique cultural background. She empowers individuals to uncover their strengths, build resilience, and restore balance. Her ultimate goal is to help clients discover meaning and thrive within their support systems.
