
Brie G.R. Parke, MA, LADC
Brie holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology and Co-Occurring Disorders from the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Professional Psychology. She is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Prelicensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Brie works with young adults and adults experiencing mood disorders, life transitions, and challenges related to substance use or compulsive behaviors. Together, you will focus on building routines, resilience, and an authentic sense of self. Brie takes an individualized, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. She believes clients are the experts in their own lived experience and views therapy as a collaborative process of exploration and growth. Outside of therapy, Brie enjoys practicing yoga, reading psychological thrillers, attending concerts, and exploring new coffee shops and restaurants. As a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, she is happy to incorporate yoga, breathwork, and meditation into therapy for interested clients. She looks forward to getting to know you!
