
Natalie Knoeppel, MA, LADC
Natalie earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, and works with adults, adolescents, and couples navigating addiction, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, and trauma-related issues. She views therapy as a collaborative opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of oneself and healthier ways to navigate life’s challenges. Natalie believes that genuine connection is the foundation of healing and prioritizes the working partnership between client and therapist. Her approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and direct. Natalie utilizes a thoughtful blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy to help clients understand the root of their challenges and develop practical tools for lasting change. As a Certified Trauma Professional, she is passionate about creating a safe, validating space where clients can process difficult experiences and foster resilience. Previous clients have described Natalie as warm and authentic, appreciating her ability to meet them where they are while providing thoughtful guidance and compassionate support. Natalie enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, playing boardgames, and spending time with her cats, George and Leo.
