
Daniela Gonzalez, MA, LPCC
Daniela holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and works with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance use, and eating disorders. Her approach is both person-centered and trauma-informed, creating a compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where your individuality is respected and valued. Daniela integrates a variety of therapeutic methods, including CBT, DBT, and ACT. She is passionate about helping clients build autonomy and create meaningful, lasting change that leads to a more fulfilling life.
