Position Description
Reed Behavioral Health is seeking licensed psychologists to join our dynamic team of mental health professions. The individuals considered for this position will provide individual psychotherapy, group therapy, psychological evaluation services, and supervision to trainees. We are seeking a flexible, motivated, compassionate, collegial psychologist who has an interest in working with substance use, eating disorders, and mental health conditions that commonly co-occur with these two disorders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve a diverse range of clients providing individual and group therapy
- Conduct psychological assessments, write integrated reports, and provide appropriate feedback (including assessments for eating disorders, addiction and complex co-occurring disorders)
- Supervise trainees
- Complete appropriate paperwork in compliance with the timelines set by appropriate oversight bodies
- Attend weekly consultation
- Attend month didactic training
- Complete projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology
- Licensed in the state of Minnesota
- Experience in substance abuse, eating disorders, and co-occuring mental health disorders
- Training in, and understanding of, trauma-informed treatment
