Judd Bruch, MA, LPCC
Judd has his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas’s. Judd believes that as human beings we have an innate capacity to shape our lives to align with our personal meaning and values. However, life events, addiction, and mental health often pull us away from our true selves. Rather than demonize these initial coping methods, Judd seeks to assist clients in discovering new, or old, ways of coping and thriving in accordance with each individual’s unique personal journey. Judd combines five years of practical experience working with addiction and mental health with his graduate studies to help clients discover their path in healing and vitality. Areas of specialty include addiction, Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Depression, and difficulty adjusting to significant life changes. Judd utilizes an integrative approach combining Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and various Existential theories to provide a holistic approach to care.
