Emma Trittin, MA, LADC
Emma received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of St. Thomas with a focus on the treatment of co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns. Emma takes a person-centered, curious and warm approach to therapy, and has a passion for helping clients find their way back to their true selves. She enjoys creating a safe space where clients can explore the challenges in their life, and gain insight into the values they would like to live by, which will allow them to feel more connected to themselves and others. Emma believes in a trauma-informed approach that incorporates mindfulness, existential, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
