Daniela Gonzalez, MA
Daniela received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. She specializes in working with eating disorders, and sees both adolescents and adults who also struggle with substance use and other mental health concerns. She approaches therapy with both curiosity and compassion, creating a collaborative nonjudgmental environment. She believes through building more awareness and insight into how our early life experiences have shaped our present behaviors, we can work on reconnecting with our authentic selves, creating a more meaningful and valuable life in the process. Daniela takes a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, integrating mindfulness and attachment-based strategies, as well as narrative, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
