Ashlyn Marler, MS, RD, LD
Ashlyn is a registered and licensed dietitian who holds a Master’s degree in dietetics and nutritional sciences from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is an advocate of the HAESĀ® movement and adopts a non-diet approach to nutrition education.
Ashlyn uses a person-centered and care-inclusive approach to assist individuals in overcoming disordered eating patterns and eating disorders. She specializes in co-occurring substance use and eating disorders, as well as severe and enduring eating disorders.
She believes in the unique ability of food to bring people closer together and promote healing. However, she also acknowledges that mental health profoundly impacts food. By creating sustainable eating patterns, overcoming food biases, and weight stigma, Ashlyn helps her clients redefine their understanding of health to focus on overall well-being, rather than just weight and dieting.
