We can help…
We offer telehealth services (including online therapy) using face-to-face audio-video conferencing through your computer, tablet or smart phone. Our telehealth system is easy to use and confidential, ensuring your privacy. You can meet with a therapist in the comfort of your home, your office or anywhere you have an internet connection, even if you are out of town.
What to expect…
We recommend that your initial session be in-person at one of our three clinics to ensure we understand your needs and agree that telehealth, also called virtual visits or e-therapy, is right for you. After we assess your concerns and develop a plan, we can begin virtual visits. These can occur on an on-going basis or from time-to-time depending upon your needs and what we feel is best for you.
Most insurance companies now cover telehealth visits just like they would an in-office therapy visit. Prior to your first appointment, it’s best for you to check with your insurance company to make sure these visits will be covered.
How it works…
Reed Behavioral Health uses Doxy.Me for telehealth visits. This is a HIPAA compliant platform that you can easily access from your computer. Most major insurance carriers cover telemedicine visits and we will call your insurance company to verify your coverage prior to your first session. We recommend your initial visit be in our clinic to meet you, establish a plan, and decide if telemedicine is appropriate for you.
