The Intensive Outpatient Program at Reed Behavioral Health is a client-centered, trauma-informed, full-service co-occurring programming for individuals struggling with both mental health and substance use concerns. We provide confidential, compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals and families facing addiction, co-occurring disorders, eating disorders, and other addictive/compulsive behaviors. Flexible schedules are offered to provide the least disruption possible as you move toward all your recovery goals. The IOP program is located at our Edina clinic. We offer three different program tracks to fit your specific needs: the SUD track focuses on substance use concerns, the SUD & ED track treats substance use concerns and eating concerns, and the Professionals’ track centers on substance use concerns for working professionals. The Professionals’ program acknowledges this population’s unique stressors, such as being “on” 24-7, work-life balances, office drinking culture, and isolation within the profession. The IOP programs staff clinicians have experience working with HPSP and other regulatory bodies, and Reed Behavioral Health is in-network with most major insurance companies. Clients can attend between 9 to 27 hours of programming per week. Being in the IOP program requires a minimum of 9 hours per week.

Morning Track: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, available Monday – Friday
Afternoon Track: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, available Monday – Thursday
Evening Track: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, available Monday – Thursday
ED/SUD Programming
Evening 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
SUD IOP Professionals Programming
Evening 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Monday. Clients also select two other days from the SUD IOP Programming schedule.
